About the Role:

We\’re looking for a passionate Product Designer with a strong understanding of UX and user research to help us revolutionise healthcare-at-home across Europe. In this role, you\’ll contribute to crafting intuitive and impactful experiences that significantly improve the lives of our clients, their families, and our dedicated care professionals. Your work will directly influence how care is delivered, helping Cera remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

You\’ll be an integral part of our collaborative Product Design & Research team, working closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and operations. This position requires developing a solid understanding of our business and processes, along with a genuine enthusiasm for user-centered design and its application in technology.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you\’ll bring the following:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience designing software products that address real-world problems.

Collaborative Spirit: A strong ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, engineers, QA, and clinical teams.

Research & Analysis Skills: Comfort in supporting and conducting discovery activities that build understanding and inform decisions.

Design Proficiency: Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile platforms.

User Focus: A strong passion for user-centered design and a desire to create delightful experiences.

Design System Familiarity: An understanding of how to use and contribute to design systems, with an awareness of accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG).

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to present designs and their rationale to stakeholders.

Adaptability: Self-motivation and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Overall Responsibilities:

Design Process: Contribute to the end-to-end design process, including supporting user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering polished designs for development.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and engineers to contribute to the product vision and deliver measurable impact.

User Experience: Help translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user experiences that benefit patients, carers, and families.

Quality Assurance: Support high-quality engineering hand-offs and design QA.

Iteration: Contribute to continuous iteration of designs based on user feedback and insights.

Design System Contribution: Help maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and accessibility.

Communication: Clearly communicate design concepts and outcomes to stakeholders within the organization.

Design Excellence: Contribute to our broader design efforts to enhance quality and ensure a consistent, efficient, usable, and beautiful experience across all products.
