Cera Care is recruiting a Support Worker for the Clements Close supported living scheme on a bank basis to cover annual leave and sickness, supporting clients in their own homes.

The service provides 24-hour on-site care and supports adults with sensory loss and learning or physical disabilities.

British Sign Language (BSL) skills are required to meet communication needs.

Shifts are 07:00–14:30 and 14:00–21:30, with occasional weekends. A DBS check and the right to work in the UK are required.
