We are recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Grays area. You will be providing care and support to our female and male clients with hobbies ranging from having their own TikTok and YouTube channels to singing and having their nails done. Their individual needs include:
- Tracheostomy tube support
- Cough Assist therapy
- Stroke support
- Personal care
- Epilepsy
Various shifts covering days or nights on a full-time or part-time basis with alternate weekends. We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
