Working in Complex Care
As a Complex Care Assistant you\’ll be providing care and support to clients with varying complex needs, this may include genetic or acquired conditions such as epilepsy,learning disabilities, motor neurone disease, acquired brain or spinal injuries. At Cera we work with both adults and children with complex needs and will match our carers to clients based on their skills, experience, personality fit and availability.
We\’re looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently. We\’ll provide you with a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
