We're looking for Support Workers in Colchester and surrounding areas. As a Support Worker with Cera, you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide. You will be supporting an individual in their day-to-day activities in and outside of the home to enable them to live a more independent and sociable life. This may include assistance with home and life admin tasks, attending social activities or supporting someone at college – helping and inspiring people to live as independently as possible.

Role highlights:

  • Shifts include 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and some sleeping nights may also be available.
  • We can consider both drivers and non-drivers for this role.
  • Opportunity to complete either NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (through work-based learning) and further progression opportunities.
