We are recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Blackburn, Preston, Lancaster, Blackpool, Burnley or Fylde Coast areas. You will be supporting clients with a variety of complex needs, including brain injuries, lack of capacity, challenging behaviour, and spinal injuries. This will involve social visits, shorter complex calls, and encouraging independence through meaningful activities.

- Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
- You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK
