We're recruiting experienced, compassionate Care Assistants to join our nurse-led Complex Care team at Cera, supporting our client in Birmingham (B27) area. In this role, you will:
- Deliver respiratory care (suction, nebulisers)
- Support medications
- Monitor health and elevate concerns (seizures)
- Offer emotional support to the client and their family
- Work with nurses and wider care teams
- Follow clinical, safeguarding and infection control standards
- Keep clear, accurate care records
- Shifts include 9am till 3pm, from Monday to Friday.
- Previous UK care experience is required for this role.
- Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
- We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme to equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Complex Support Worker.

Salary: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour. Full or Part time hours, permanent contracts.
