We're recruiting experienced, compassionate Care Assistants to join our nurse-led Complex Care team at Cera, supporting our client in Birmingham (B27) area. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver respiratory care (suction, nebulisers)
  • Support medications
  • Monitor health and elevate concerns (seizures)
  • Offer emotional support to the client and their family
  • Work with nurses and wider care teams
  • Follow clinical, safeguarding and infection control standards
  • Keep clear, accurate care records
  • Shifts include 9am till 3pm, from Monday to Friday.
  • Previous UK care experience is required for this role.
  • Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
  • We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme to equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Complex Support Worker.

Salary: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour. Full or Part time hours, permanent contracts.
