We're recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Ashford (TN23) area. We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our dynamic complex care team. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience working with nurse-led clients. You'll be providing care and support to one of our young clients whose specific needs include:

  • Autism
  • Learning Disability

Shifts include:

  • 8 / 12 hour day and night shifts available
  • Full and part time shifts available
  • Alternate weekends

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
