We are recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Lancaster, Preston, Blackpool, Burnley, Blackburn or Fylde Coast areas. You will be supporting clients with a variety of complex needs, including brain injuries, lack of capacity, challenging behaviour, and spinal injuries. This will involve social visits, shorter complex calls, and encouraging independence through meaningful activities.
Shifts include:
- Day shifts available
- Night shifts available
- Full and Part time roles
- Alternate Weekends OR Every Weekend is available
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
