About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and looking to build or further develop a career in Human Resources. You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run efficiently, providing comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle and acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across all HR activities and processes
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in a timely manner
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries, responding professionally and promptly
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to support HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data protection requirements
- Support the continuous improvement of HR processes in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Previous experience in an HR administration or similar role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Competent using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving role
