We're currently recruiting part-time Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes during weekend night shifts at St Barts in Rye. If you're kind, enjoy working with people, and love making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you. No experience is required β just a caring attitude and a willingness to learn. St Barts is an Extra Care facility designed for independent living. Residents have the freedom to come and go as they please, with our team on hand to support their daily needs.
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, continence support)
- Medication management
- Preparing hot meals
- Light domestic tasks
Most importantly, you'll offer companionship, reassurance, and a sense of safety to those you care for.
Shift Details
Night shifts 9.30pm - 7.30am weeknights and alternate weekends
