We are working exclusively with a large Catholic trust in the York area that requires a Primary Teacher for one of their schools in a Year 2 class, starting in September 2026. The role is full-time and will run until the Christmas break in the first instance, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The school is well-resourced, has a supportive senior leadership and excellent teaching and learning ethos. The school/trust offers both personal and professional growth opportunities.
The school is open to applications from experienced practitioners, as well as Newly-Qualified Teachers (NQT's) / Early Careers Teachers (ECT's).
To be considered for the position of Year 2 Teacher you must:
- Have experience teaching Year 2 or KS1
- Have experience working in UK schools
- Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
- Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification
