CER Education Recruitment is seeking a qualified Careers Advisor to support school students with SMART action plans and one-to-one guidance.
You will work with SEN/at-risk students, conduct careers interviews, and help learners explore pathways to university, apprenticeships and professional routes.
The role requires a level 6/7 qualification, recent FE experience, and strong LMI knowledge.
DBS check is required; equal opportunities policy applies. 30-minute safeguarding course will be provided.
