CER is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistants to join a promising Primary school in Hampshire.

About our client school: An exciting new opportunity has opened in the Southampton, Hampshire region working exclusively with a Trust. Our client school is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support interactive lessons that are in line with the national curriculum and cater to the needs of all students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student you are working with.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the curriculum.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required.

Our client school is also keen to hear from Early Career Teachers who are seeking to forge their career within Primary school Education.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Teaching Assistant Level 2/Level 3 desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
