What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Assist with learning across the primary curriculum
  • Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
  • Adjust quickly to new schools and classroom settings
  • Encourage pupils’ progress both academically and personally
