CER Education are seeking a dedicated and caring Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join one of our nurturing and inclusive primary schools in Sheffield. What We’re Looking For
- A calm, patient and emotionally intelligent approach to behaviour and relationship-building
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting at Early Years Stages
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to pupil wellbeing
Desirable Skills (Not essential but beneficial)
- Experience using de-escalation strategies or restorative approaches
- Familiarity with EHCPs and supporting children with SEND
- Training in Team Teach or similar positive handling methods
