CER Education are seeking a dedicated and caring Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join one of our nurturing and inclusive primary schools in Sheffield. What We’re Looking For

  • A calm, patient and emotionally intelligent approach to behaviour and relationship-building
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting at Early Years Stages
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to pupil wellbeing

Desirable Skills (Not essential but beneficial)

  • Experience using de-escalation strategies or restorative approaches
  • Familiarity with EHCPs and supporting children with SEND
  • Training in Team Teach or similar positive handling methods
