CER Education Recruitment is seeking a level 6/7 qualified careers advisor with recent experience supporting 16–19 students in a further education setting.
You will conduct one-to-one interviews, develop SMART career action plans and deliver targeted careers guidance to SEN and at-risk cohorts.
You will be familiar with UCAS, university pathways, apprenticeships and industry insights, and you will present at assemblies, track destinations and contribute to CEIAG policy.
