CER is looking for a Learning Support Assistant from a Sports Background to work as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school in Durham.
Whilst a sports coaching qualification isn’t essential, experience of coaching sport to children or adults is required as you must have the ability to build a rapport with the students quickly.
The role is initially temporary but has the potential to go permanent for the correct applicant.
The school, based in Durham, is an alternative provision for students with special educational needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).
