CER Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Rotherham on a flexible supply basis. If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and love the variety that supply work offers, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
- Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Deliver targeted small-group or 1:1 interventions
- Assist with behaviour management and positive classroom routines
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Adapt quickly to new school environments and expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools or equivalent)
- Experience supporting pupils in a UK school setting
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- A positive, flexible attitude and strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through CER)
