CER Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join one of our valued partnership primary schools in Rotherham. Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver PPA cover during teachers’ planning, preparation, and assessment time
  • Lead lessons across the primary age range using pre‑prepared materials
  • Support classroom learning and help engage pupils in their activities
  • Work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience for all pupils
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
