We are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Team in Darlington. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage both client relationships and candidate delivery, specialising in placing professionals within Schools requiring SEN educators.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Proactively identify, target, and win new business within the education sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your desk and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Management: Act as a trusted partner to clients, offering market insight and recruitment expertise. Manage job briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of role requirements and timelines. Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Candidate Sourcing & Management: Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates using job boards, databases, networking, and social media. Conduct interviews, assessments, and compliance checks. Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Provide guidance on CVs, interviews, and career progression.
- Delivery & Process Management: Match candidates to suitable roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards.
- Market & Sector Knowledge: Stay informed on Education and Recruitment trends, funding changes, and skills demands. Position yourself as a knowledgeable specialist within your market.
