Reprographics Assistant Required
CER Education is seeking an experienced Reprographics Assistant to support a busy school environment from October 2026 until at least the end of January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual with previous reprographics experience looking for a part-time role within education.
As a Reprographics Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality printing, photocopying, scanning, and finishing services to staff across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating photocopying, printing, and finishing equipment
- Producing high-quality printed materials to deadlines
- Managing printing requests from teaching and support staff
- Binding, laminating, collating, and finishing documents
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required
- Maintaining reprographics equipment and reporting faults
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a reprographics, print room, or similar environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of print production and reprographics equipment
- Experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential
