CER Education is recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work within one of our partner schools in South Tyneside. This is a full-time role starting in September 2026 and continuing for the full academic year.
This position offers the opportunity to join a supportive and well-established school, delivering engaging Maths lessons and helping students build confidence and progress.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils of all abilities to succeed and progress
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- £300 sign-on bonus for candidates registered with another agency
- £300 sign-on bonus for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
