Role: School Caretaker
Location: Crosby, Sefton
Start date: September 2026
Pay: £15.00 – £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience).

We are seeking to appoint a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to support a Primary School site in Crosby, Sefton. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the school premises, with responsibilities including facilities management, general maintenance, site security, and supporting the promotion of a safe and healthy working environment for staff, pupils and visitors.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a caretaker is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external contractors, staff, parents and pupils.
- A valid DBS check registered on the update service.
- Two suitable references covering the previous two years.
