Ideal qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Industry experience or a qualification in your specialist subject area
  • Experience delivering lessons within Further Education (desired)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A passion for supporting and developing learners
