CER are working in partnership with a college in Isleworth, West London, who are seeking a number of Learning Support Assistants to join their Supported Learning Department from 24th August 2026 through to the end of the academic year in July 2027. This rewarding role involves supporting young adults with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, helping them access education and achieve their individual goals.

Working Hours: 8:45am – 3:30pm

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • GCSE English and Maths (or Level 2 equivalent)
  • Experience and training in First Aid, Epilepsy training, Mental Health, Asthma
  • Experience supporting learners with Autism, SEMH, behavioural needs, or learning disabilities
  • Experience working with young adults in an education, care, or support setting
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
