CER Education are looking to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a well‑established Multi‑Academy Trust in Grimsby and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 4, gain valuable classroom experience, and explore a variety of school settings to help you find the right fit for your career. We welcome applications from qualified Teaching Assistants, experienced support staff, and Early Career TAs ready to begin their journey in education. We are currently recruiting in: Scunthorpe, Louth, Immingham, Bridlington, Mablethorpe, and North Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, adapting activities based on pupils’ EHCPs and individual needs
- Work flexibly across different school environments, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude
- Use a range of support strategies and resources to promote engagement and active learning
- Build a supportive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued
- Work collaboratively with staff, sharing best practice and contributing to high‑quality teaching and learning
About You
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable)
- Previous experience supporting in a UK school (references required)
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to travel by car
- A passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential
