CER Education are looking to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a well‑established Multi‑Academy Trust in Gravesend and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 4, gain valuable classroom experience, and explore a variety of school settings to help you find the right fit for your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across the curriculum, adapting activities based on pupils’ EHCPs and individual needs
- Work flexibly across different school environments, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude
- Use a range of support strategies and resources to promote engagement and active learning
- Build a supportive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued
- Work collaboratively with staff, sharing best practice and contributing to high‑quality teaching and learning
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable)
- Previous experience supporting in a UK school (references required)
- Strong communication, organisational, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to travel by car
- A passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential
