This is an excellent opportunity to join a market‑leading education recruitment team, supporting consultants in sourcing and placing Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, and a wide range of school‑based staff across the North East. No recruitment experience is required—just enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in education and candidate care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working alongside consultants to resource high‑quality education staff
- Advertising roles and attracting suitable candidates
- Building relationships with teachers, support staff, and new applicants
- Screening candidates and supporting the registration process
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish
- Supporting the wider team in a fast‑paced recruitment environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, motivated attitude
- Interest in education and working with schools
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop within recruitment
What we offer:
- £25,000 – £28,500 salary (depending on experience)
