CER Education are expanding our team of dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to support a range of partnership schools across the Amersham area. About the Role
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support students across the curriculum, working closely with teachers and SEN teams to deliver meaningful and personalised learning. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, build new skills, and shape the educational experience of pupils who need your support the most.
Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom learning and adapt activities in line with pupils’ EHCPs
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with a range of special needs

- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
