Overview US/UK Tax Senior Manager – London – £85-100k cer Financial are working alongside a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm.
They are seeking a US/UK Tax Senior Manager to join their London office, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of US/UK high-net-worth tax clients.
Provide US and UK tax advisory services to individuals.
Lead client relationships and deliver high-quality tax advice.
Oversee department work planning and resource allocation.
Conduct appraisals and mentor junior team members.
Provide technical guidance and day-to-day support to the team.
Contribute to Management Committee meetings and firm initiatives.
Support business performance targets and strategic objectives.
Develop client relationships and identify advisory opportunities.
Qualifications ATT, Enrolled Agent (EA), or equivalent tax qualification.
Experience managing a portfolio of HNW US/UK tax clients.
Strong technical knowledge of US and UK personal taxation.
Previous management experience or readiness to step into a managerial role.
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify business development opportunities.
