cer Financial are working alongside a leading professional services firm. They are seeking a Transaction Tax – Associate Director to join their London team, advising private equity and corporate clients on M&A transactions, tax due diligence and transaction structuring.
Responsibilities
- Lead tax due diligence and structuring projects.
- Advise clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Manage client relationships and project delivery.
- Support business development and proposals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Skills Required
- ACA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.
- Strong UK corporate tax and M&A tax experience.
- Experience managing clients and complex projects.
- Excellent technical, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
