b Overview /b p In this role you drive profitable growth by delivering value-added sales and service to Commercial/SME clients. You’ll manage an assigned customer portfolio within the commercial credit segment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support credit, MI, governance, and branch initiatives. You will build and expand client relationships, manage lending and deposits targets, and ensure compliance and SLA adherence. This is an opportunity to influence credit outcomes, governance processes, and team development in a dynamic banking environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide RM/RSO support on complex credit queries as a subject matter expert /li li Support HoBB with MI, governance, meetings, minutes and presentations /li li Support branch initiatives, including moratorium projects and rota planning /li li Prepare and present cases to Country Credit Committee /li li Promote employee engagement and behaviours /li li Build client relationships through networking, visits and appointments /li li Generate Trade, FX and Sirat referrals /li li Achieve account opening and deposit targets /li li Manage branch portfolios in line with TCF guidelines /li li Achieve branch lending and deposit growth targets /li li Negotiate client asset and deposit proposals /li li Lead branch MI and data analysis /li li Support interns with training and project requirements /li li Submit proposals to Credit and Account Opening teams /li li Deliver lending disbursements in line with branch targets /li li Manage credit renewals within policy and deadlines /li li Monitor compliance entries and transactions /li li Ensure account openings meet SLA requirements /li li Monitor excesses and manage key account KRIs /li li Apply the Balanced Scorecard across Customer, Colleague, Control and Commercial objectives /li li Coach and train RM/RSOs to achieve KPIs /li li Support Quality Assurance and stakeholder units /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 5 years’ banking/RM experience and line management experience /li li Hold required professional qualifications and maintain CPD records /li li Comply with regulatory requirements, Individual Conduct Rules and Certification Regime /li li Demonstrate product, process, client, portfolio and regulatory knowledge /li /ul ul li Relationship building /li li Stakeholder engagement /li li Coaching and mentoring /li li Credit analysis /li li Portfolio management /li li MI and data analysis /li /ul
