Role The incumbent will be for the Transformation Strategy, design of the Target State and prioritisation of the transformation budget. You will be responsible for programme and project design and delivery, change methodology and toolset and providing Project Management and Business Analyst resources to staff programmes and projects. Service Management Group. This includes Business Service Management (responsible for the Service Management Methodology and supporting Business Service Owners in their roles overseeing the end-to-end delivery of business services), Business Continuity, Management and Corporate Real Estate Services. You will also have previous experience in managing third-party providers (both internal and external) and managing third party risk. The Procurement Manager is also responsible for the Data Strategy, design of the Data Architecture and supporting delivery of data solutions. The Procurement & Third-Party Management team are responsible for Supplier Strategy, Contract Management, Service Monitoring, Invoice Management and Third-Party Risk Management. This includes large scale outsourcing and there is an opportunity to support with the initial phases of a multi-year offshore program. Responsibilities: Manage on-going offshoring services against Contractual Terms especially in relation to monitoring KPI’s and service credits. Support drafting SoW’s and supporting functional leads in transposing their requirements to contractual terms. Working to provide category expertise and knowledge in support of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Providing BPO market insights and best practices. Coordinating with business leads to track and maintain progress on saving initiatives. Produce and embed outputs to ensure commercial and contractual negotiations remain on track. Work closely with the Legal Department to ensure contracts are finalised appropriately. Lead and support commercial and contractual negotiations. Work closely with the America’s Division to align offshoring requirements. Ensure savings, pipeline, milestones, risks, issues & compliance are accurate and report to line management and appropriate governance forums. Lead/ participant in Procurement related meetings, project reporting and governance. Qualifications, Skills, Experience The right candidate will have the following: Strong business acumen, researching, investigating and problem solving. Demonstrable experience in governance and spend control in the banking industry necessary. Analytical thinking: Ability to critically evaluate complex documentation/stakeholder updates for the Project Manager/to wider project forums. Proven Stakeholder Management Presentation: Experience in producing high quality materials to senior stakeholders. Strong BPO vendor management and governance oversight experience. Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills; ability to translate data into decision making.
