Are you an experienced CPA/Enrolled Agent US Tax Specialist looking to work for an organisation which provides real training & development and the ability to develop your career? Do you want to work for a company that genuinely looks after its employees?
We are representing a leading, well-respected Accounting Firm based in Central London. They are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. Salary is negotiable, depending on your experience.
The incumbent will have experience in assisting in the management of portfolio corporate clients.
Duties Include:
- The review of US Corporate and Partnership tax returns along with the associated underlying calculations applying the applicable US tax concepts (some complex).
- Conducting research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients.
- The preparation of budgets.
- Liaising with clients with guidance.
- Conducting research of US tax concepts, with the ability to demonstrate technical knowledge in US tax applicable and following the developments in US taxation including latest technology.
Requirements:
- Current US CPA, Enrolled Agent or similar qualification preferred, or progress towards becoming a US CPA, Enrolled Agent.
- Looking for someone with over two years’ experience in corporate or partnership US tax compliance.
- Private Equity Fund exposure would be a ‘nice to have’.
- Proficient in Excel and a major tax preparation software required (they are using CCH Axcess).
- Mentoring junior team members.
