Audit Manager London Permanent 75k - 95k. Financial are working alongside an Accountancy firm, who are based in London. They are seeking an Audit Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients, delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout audit engagements.
- Liaise with Directors and Partners to plan and coordinate upcoming assignments.
- Brief, supervise and support audit teams, reviewing work and providing coaching throughout engagements.
- Review statutory and other financial statements, overseeing their preparation and timely completion.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and resolve complex accounting and audit queries.
- Support the development of junior team members through mentoring, coaching and regular feedback.
- Contribute to the continued success and growth of our specialist Charity & Not-for-Profit team.
The candidate will need:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients, ideally within the charity, not-for-profit and/or education sectors.
- A genuine interest in supporting charities and not-for-profit organisations and understanding the challenges they face.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing junior team members.
