Overview

In this Private Relationship Manager role, you will steward a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.

You will work with cross-functional teams to grow assets and revenue while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

The role involves international client engagement, including travel to the MENA region, and partnering with operations to ensure seamless execution.

You’ll shape private banking strategy through proactive relationship management and risk-aware growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals with tailored financial solutions
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive new business through cross-selling and up-selling to meet revenue and asset targets
  • Travel to the MENA region 3–4 times per year for client meetings and development
  • Ensure AML, KYC, CDD and regulatory compliance, including sanctions, PEP and high-risk activity monitoring
  • Maintain accurate client records and KYC documentation, conduct periodic reviews
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Settlements, Operations and internal specialists for seamless service
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions
  • Meet KPIs and customer service standards and contribute to Private Banking strategy and development
  • Identify and escalate operational, financial and compliance risks and support resilience requirements
  • Key requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ customer service experience within retail financial services or banking
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Good working knowledge of AML, KYC and regulatory requirements (FCA and JMLSG)
  • Arabic desirable
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and related compliance requirements
  • Degree-level education in a relevant financial discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Ce MAP qualification desirable
