Head of Operational Risk City of London Permanent £150,000 3/2 work practices cer Financial are working alongside a well-structured, well established international bank who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Head of Operational Risk to work with them on a permanent basis. The responsibilities of a Head of Operational Risk will include: Oversight of the Operational Risk team as the second line of defense in the day-to-day execution and management of the operational risk framework elements to include: incident reporting, risk & control self-assessment, new product risk assessment, and key risk indicators. Support the Chief Risk Officer to strengthen the operational risk framework and strategy for the Bank. This includes model risk governance and controls, top 10 operational risk development, risk appetite metrics, enterprise risk register, and control inventory framework.
