cer Financial are working alongside a leading professional services firm. They are seeking a Funds Tax – Associate Director to join their London team, providing tax advisory, compliance and transaction support to fund managers and the funds they manage.
Responsibilities
- Advise fund managers and funds on tax matters.
- Manage tax compliance and advisory projects.
- Lead a client portfolio and build relationships.
- Support business development initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications
- CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong UK tax advisory and compliance experience.
- Corporate and partnership tax knowledge.
- Experience managing client portfolios.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
