This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, involving days in the London & Kings Hill offices in North Kent. Key responsibilities: Managing, maintaining, and creating Group Financial Crime Policies and related standards, including Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, and Financial Sanctions. Ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry guidance. Representing the company on external committees related to financial crime. Engaging proactively with stakeholders to support company strategies and charitable outcomes. Providing advisory support on financial crime matters. Supporting the Financial Crime Department\’s priorities in partnership. Required skills: Extensive knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance regulations. Ability to write clear, accurate policies and documents. Effective communication skills at all organizational levels. Strong understanding and implementation of risk management best practices.
