Director Project Finance – Renewables Director Project Finance – Renewables
CER Financial is working alongside an international bank based in the City of London. They are seeking a Director to join their Structured Finance – Renewables division on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Leading the pitching process, including preparing bid packages, pitch books, and conducting pricing & profitability assessments.
- Negotiating client mandates, advisor appointments, and project finance documentation.
- Performing financial and risk analysis, and conducting project-specific due diligence.
- Preparing internal resource and credit applications.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, and Legal teams.
- Working with legal, risk management, and operational teams to ensure project compliance and seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience in project finance, especially in clean technology and renewables.
- Strong familiarity with project finance structures, cash flow models, and documentation.
- Good understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors, including market trends and regulations.
