CER Financial is working alongside an international bank based in the City of London. They are seeking a Director to join their Structured Finance – Renewables division on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  2. Leading the pitching process, including preparing bid packages, pitch books, and conducting pricing & profitability assessments.
  3. Negotiating client mandates, advisor appointments, and project finance documentation.
  4. Performing financial and risk analysis, and conducting project-specific due diligence.
  5. Preparing internal resource and credit applications.
  6. Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, and Legal teams.
  7. Working with legal, risk management, and operational teams to ensure project compliance and seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
  2. Over 10 years of experience in project finance, especially in clean technology and renewables.
  3. Strong familiarity with project finance structures, cash flow models, and documentation.
  4. Good understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors, including market trends and regulations.
