cer Financial are working alongside an exciting European bank who are based in the City of London. The role is to work alongside the most senior deal originator in the business. The responsibilities will include:
- Deal origination.
- Controlling the pitching process.
- Participate in the negotiation of client mandates.
- Carrying out financial analysis, risk analysis and other project specific due diligence.
- Preparation of internal resource and credit application.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in project finance, with a strong focus on clean technology, renewables including wind and solar. Solid understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors, including relevant market trends and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
Our client is willing to consider a proven Director in structured finance but will also look at candidates that have all the proven skills and are ready to make the step up, but feel “bottle necked”. We have worked alongside this organisation for many years, and they are very well respected.
