  • Ability to hit the ground running, taking responsibility for a portfolio of legacy clients.

  • Taking the lead with delivery of high-quality VAT advisory services across a range of clients, ensuring technical expertise and pragmatic, empathetic outcomes.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building robust relationships and acting as the client’s main contact.
  • Continually developing new business: identify opportunities, present proposals, and convert prospects in order to grow the indirect tax practice.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing team members and ensuring work is completed to the highest quality.
  • Collaborating with Partners and Directors on a strategic level, supporting UK wide initiatives and helping to map out the future direction of the VAT team.
  • You will need sound commercial judgement and broad business acumen, managing risk and delivering excellent client journeys.
