Business Process / Business analyst IT Systems – Fluent Mandarin

Salary: Up to £70k + discretionary bonus
Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 at home
This role requires this person to take the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization :
- You will have experience in analysing and documenting insurance business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.
- This will involve creating process maps and flowcharts to identify business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.
- You will also implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Analysis :
- Gathering and analysing business requirements, developing tailored specifications.
Data Analysis :
- Collect, analyse, and interpret business processes and performance metrics data.
IT Project Management :
- Manage and be involved in operational-driven IT development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Business analysis, process analysis, business requirements, or data modelling.
- Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and Mandarin,
- Process management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
