They are seeking an M&A Tax Associate Director to work with them on a permanent basis.
Lead buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence and M&A tax structuring.
Advise private equity and corporate clients on tax implications throughout the deal lifecycle.
Manage client relationships, meetings and transaction deliverables.
Review tax reports, financial models and legal transaction documentation.
Lead, mentor and develop junior team members.
