cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in the City of London. They are seeking an IT Service Design Introduction Lead (VP) to work with them on a contract.
The responsibilities of the candidate will include:
- Lead service design and transition activities for ECB programme deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
- Develop Service Design Packages (SDPs) and ensure all support, monitoring, and governance requirements are in place before go-live.
- Act as Service Readiness Lead, supporting operational resilience, service continuity, and audit traceability.
- Support the implementation of Service Design and Introduction processes, standards, and training across the organisation.
- Engage senior stakeholders, facilitate readiness reviews, and provide governance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of service management processes, frameworks, and tooling.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong experience in Service Design and Transition within regulated financial services environments.
