£70k cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in London. They are seeking a Private Relationship Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities will include

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive new business, portfolio growth, cross-selling and up-selling to achieve revenue and asset targets.
  • Travel to MENA region 3 – 4 times a year for client meetings and business development.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, CDD and regulatory requirements, including sanctions, PEP and high-risk activity monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate client records and KYC documentation, conducting periodic reviews and escalating concerns as required.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Settlements, Operations and internal specialists to deliver seamless client service.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
  • Meet agreed KPIs and customer service standards, while contributing to Private Banking strategy and business development.
  • Identify and escalate operational, financial and compliance risks and support the Bank’s wider compliance and operational resilience requirements.

The successful candidate

  • Minimum 5 years’ customer service experience within retail financial services or banking, with strong relationship management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of AML, KYC and regulatory requirements, including FCA and JMLSG guidance.
  • Arabic desirable
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and related compliance requirements.
  • Degree-level education in a relevant financial discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ce MAP qualification desirable.
