Job Title: Year 3 Teacher

Location: York

Start Date: February 2026

Contract Type: 5 days a week, Fixed Term (Guaranteed Pay)

Pay: £140 to £251.71 per day

CER is working exclusively with a welcoming primary school in the York area seeking a Year 3 teacher to join their team from February 2026. This is a full-time, fixed term role, with a view to becoming permanent.

School is an \’Outstanding\’ school, with great staff and students alike. Supportive SLT and has an excellent learning culture.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position starting February 2026
• Teaching Year 3 class
• Access to complete schemes of work and resources
• Excellent CPD and training opportunities

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers with UK-recognised teaching status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS2
• Passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
• Applications welcomed from experienced teachers, NQTs, and ECTs
