I am working exclusively with a large trust within the York area that is looking for 3 Learning Support Assistants (LSA) / Teaching Assistants (TA) to support students in their primary schools. The role involves working on a 1-to-1 basis with students with SEN needs. The position starts in September 2025 and will initially run until the Christmas break, with potential for permanent roles based on staff performance.
It is essential that candidates have experience working with children or young adults within the SEN or care sector. To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Experience managing groups of school-aged children;
- Demonstrated commitment to the learning and development of pupils;
