The Opportunity

Working as a supply Teaching Assistant with CER gives you the flexibility to choose your schedule, while still making a real difference to learning across primary education. From daily cover to short and long-term roles, we'll connect you with schools that suit your preferences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assist with learning across the primary curriculum
- Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
- Adjust quickly to new schools and classroom settings
- Encourage pupils' progress both academically and personally

- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or with children in a school setting
- Experience supporting pupils across primary age groups
